FORGES
The cooperation between UNDIL and FORGES strengthens governance and management in higher education within the Portuguese-speaking world, promoting the sharing of good practices, academic training, and scientific cooperation among institutions from Portuguese-speaking countries.
Universidade Aberta
The partnership between UNDIL and Universidade Aberta aims to strengthen academic and pedagogical training, with a particular focus on distance education, faculty capacity building, and the development of joint undergraduate and postgraduate programmes.
RACS
The cooperation between UNDIL and RACS focuses on the promotion of scientific research, academic exchange, and knowledge dissemination, contributing to the strengthening of scientific production and institutional cooperation in the international academic space.

CIFA | Center for Research and Advanced Training
UNDIL has a Center for Research and Advanced Training (CIFA), established under Rector’s Order No. 03/Reitor-UNDIL/IX/2023, and a Center for Research and Community Services (Article 30 of the Organic Statute of UNDIL).
The Center for Research and Advanced Training (CIFA) of UNDIL is a unit dedicated to scientific research and advanced training, with autonomy in scientific, pedagogical, and administrative management.
At the national level, CIFA operates in harmony with the general strategy of the National Institute of Science and Technology (INCT) of Timor-Leste.
At the international level, CIFA implements the research policies of the University of Dili (UNDIL), taking into account that the University has signed the San Francisco Declaration on Research Assessment (DORA), the Budapest Open Access Initiative, and is also a signatory and member of the Coalition for Advancing Research Assessment (CoARA).
