Vision
To be a nationally and internationally recognized university, distinguished by the quality of its teaching and excellence in research, serving Timorese society and humanity.
Mission

To educate graduates with broad competencies in the fields of science and technology, social sciences, arts and humanities;

To ensure integrated curricular projects and the development of activities that promote the integration of students into the labor market and society;

To transmit fundamental values and principles through critical analysis and the dissemination of culture, contributing to the social and economic development of Timor-Leste, valuing social justice and democratic citizenship;
